Amenity Care

Kayaks:  We have two small kayaks available for your use under the deck. If you decide to take them out, please remember to return the kayaks to their original position, ensuring they are emptied of water and placed upside down to prevent rainwater from accumulating inside. We kindly ask that you also return the paddles after use.

Gas Grill: Contact us when gas canisters need replacement. We will arrange for new canisters to be delivered or can reimburse you for replacements upon receipt submission. Additionally, we kindly ask that you clean the grill after each use. A helpful tip is to wipe the grates with aluminum foil for optimal results. Thank you for your attention to these details!

Damaged Items:  If you discover any damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible. Include pictures of the damage with your report. This helps us utilize our renters' insurance effectively. Thank you for your cooperation.

Restaurants - Local

Some of the best restaurants in the area are not out by the beach.  These are our favorites.

Ocean Pines Area

Ocean Pines Yacht Club

We love the bar atmosphere and its restaurant.  Featuring a rotating menu.  Live music frequently in the summer with happy hours Monday-Thursday, 3pm - 5pm.  A small bar area with TVs, and a larger dining area overlooking the yacht club.

1 Mumfords Landing Road, Ocean Pines, MD

Pines Public House & Eatery

This is one of the best restaurants, if not the best restaurant, in the whole area, and it is right here in Ocean Pines.  Some very expensive items, but excellent specials so you don’t need to break the bank.  A great broad menu that will please vegans and steak lovers alike.  Pork chops are a favorite.  Great beer choices.  Fun bar atmosphere.

11002 Nicholas Lane, Ocean Pines, MD

Southgate Grill

A well-reviewed and yummy restaurant at the entrance to Ocean Pines, with a casual sports bar atmosphere and nice outdoor seating.  Very reasonable prices.

11033 Nicholas Lane, Ocean Pines, MD

A very reasonably priced and yummy Mexican restaurant with the traditional basics if you have a hankering for tacos or enchiladas.

The Shark on the Harbor

Date night restaurant -- probably the best fine dining experience on the eastern shore.   At West Ocean City fishing harbor, and serving wonderful and interesting creative seafood dishes.  Pricey, but they do have great specials from time to time.

Lighthouse Sound Restaurant

Classy golf-course restaurant and lounge with panoramic bay & skyline views.  North of the Isle of Wight turn left before you cross the second bridge to OC, at one of the top golf courses in MD.

Their crab cake subs are THE best! Wide variety of subs and sandwiches, plus pizza, seafood and ice cream. Fast food style walk up.  Very small indoor/outdoor seating area. We enjoy this place but make sure it is open – not open year round.

Mackey’s Bayside Bar & Grill

The food is average, but the setting is unbeatable – outdoor sunset watching on a bayside beach, where the kids can play and catch sea creatures in nets provided by the staff.   Boat parking, and a well-known boater favorite. (driveway north of 53d on the west side, to
